We met Christina at a random event through a mutual friend and she boasted about 'Majestic Elegance Resorts' as the location for our 'Destination Wedding'. I had never worked with a Wedding Coordinator/Travel Agent before and as the Groom I understood my role. My wish, that was non-negotiable was that my Bride was happy.......MISSION ACCOMPLISHED. My voice was heard, any time we faced a challenge I was able to go to Christina to address it. • The location was all that it was bragged to be • Our wedding, with the endless beach view was the best • The transportation to and from the airport was on point • The food was very good • The rooms....oh the rooms...no matter which one you chose, not sure you could go wrong • There were events everyday on the resort, with staff approaching you during the day to invite you personally • Did I mention it was all-inclusive....It was all-inclusive • The All-White Boat Party the next day, not even the rain could hold us down as God opened the skies as soon as we left the dock.........whooooo just tired thinking about it. I have a pic of my Bride and the Wedding Coordinator passed out from all the expended energy with each other Most importantly, in the end my Bride was smiling, crying and smiling again. It took us 2 days to recover just to say goodbye to our guests as we stayed a few more days...just awesome. My bride is still smiling, even now and if we could change something I can't think of anything that we would change. I smile just thinking about it. All of our guests thank us for inviting them to spend to travel to join us for our celebration. “Tara and her team are nothing short of incredible. We approached her in the fall with the crazy idea to throw a music festival wedding at the end of June at a riverside park- where we needed her to coordinate 3 bands AND bring in everything from restroom trailers to a food truck to mobile bartending. Not only did she rise to the challenge, but the day was more perfect than we could have ever imagined. She had a plan (and back-up plan!) for everything, and she coordinated with no less than 15 vendors to make sure that we didn’t have to worry about a thing during the wedding. She had a ton of local vendor suggestions, as well, for everything from flowers to misting fans. On top of that, she is a truly lovely human who was a JOY to work with. I had an initial call with Chad and based on that I knew they were professionals who could bring my vision to life through floral design and day of coordination. The week of the wedding I was in contact with Morgan who would be our official day of coordinator. Morgan ended up saving the day when our bartender cancelled on us last minute; she stepped in and bartended on top of coordinating. “TLDR: Choose Belmont Events Planning and Design. Victoria Amsler is amazing, her team is just as good and they will make your day absolutely spectacular! Reach out if you havent booked your Day of Coordinator...YES you need one. For those who love the details, continue on... I was married on 6.26.26 to an amazing man who took my love for Reading, Fantasy, magic, the night-sky and made it a reality for me! I had all the ACOTAR and Fourth Wing visions, all the designs and decor, all the plans, and all of the vendors. I had the confidence of time and was on top of the independent Bride world. Oh how naive... About 3 months out from the wedding date, RSVPs came due, guests were asking questions, guests were not responding, vendors needed answers and timelines. I felt like I was in a spiral and that all of my careful planning was being to unravel. Ladies and gentleman I know, you are strong enough to handle it, you are juggling it all, you are rocking this bride thing, and you are going to make the most Beautiful Bride... but Girl there are people out there that will take all your dreams off YOUR responsibility and make it all happen seamlessly FOR you. While you actually partake IN your wedding Day! I wasn't looking for the normal. Belmont Events reached out and the first line of her message was. "Is your wedding seriously based upon an ACOTAR theme? I LOVE THIS" I found my person. Victoria Amsler knew my dream, my vision, The books she had already read and loved. I didn't have to explain it or describe what I was looking for she SAW it. She took off every extra weight off my shoulders and made the days leading to our wedding feel easy. She kept in contact and began communicating immediately with my vendors and both bridal parties. She took all the little things off of my lists and let me know as they were completed and allowed me to bask in the days before my wedding. Any incident that popped up she handled and made me feel like I was the most important client on her list. She remade my signs (with permission) and made them so perfect and gorgeous. I realised at that point that my ideas were one view point, where she had a team and could just make everything so much better. Victoria and Leah ran my rehearsal and made sure timing and angles, chairs all of it was perfect. Our Bridal parties sat, while our kids stood by our sides, Victoria made it happen. I had a dress change that very few people even knew about and she kept it quite even though it was in the timeline and it went off flawless. She made every transition happen during my wedding and made sure we were drinking water and also able to spend my time enjoying the wedding WITH my new husband. Wind was a problem, she handled it and fixed the issue. Heat was a problem, she kept water handy and air conditioner breaks happening. I never heard a peep throughout the day because Victoria and Leah were there. I had the most magical, fantasy, Night Court styled wedding that I PLANNED and ENVISIONED. Because Belmont Events let me actually enjoy my wedding with their Day of Coordinator services. Ladies if you are power-housing your wedding plans, or if you are over it already and just want to ENJOY your day, that you spend thousands on PS, Belmont Events Planning and Design Victoria Amsler is your best option! “So I usually intend to leave more reviews but I get sidetracked. For this I had to take the time. So my daughter went on her school dance and I wanted to add a little surprise for her. I found Jenniune Events on IG and decided to give it a shot. It was last minute so I didn’t think I could pull out off but I did! After giving them the details the owner herself and her staff came within 12 hours and did a balloon set up that match my daughters dress and flowers that she loves. They came the night before ( that and the short notice cost me a bit extra ) They gave the space a fun celebratory vibe. They were so detailed from every size of the balloons to the look from every angle. As a dad I couldn’t believe how thorough they were in the short amount of time. All of our friends and family were impressed and my daughter was sooo happy and surprised the next day. Though I spent a bit more for the short notice and timeframe it was worth every penny. Definitely booking again!!”
