She’s thorough, organized, and communicates clearly, which made every step leading up to the wedding feel dialed‑in instead of stressful. As a DJ myself, I really appreciated that she’s also a DJ and built a timeline that was genuinely DJ‑friendly – easy to read, easy to follow, and clearly structured around what the music and audio would need to do throughout the day. She understood the flow of the event from a DJ’s perspective, so when the wedding day came, I always knew what was happening next and what she needed from me. The weather did not cooperate and the wedding was heavily rained out, but Rhiannon took special care to keep everything moving and to protect the couple’s vision. “Kaila is really great! We hired her as our day-of coordinator for our recent micro wedding and it was absolutely one of the best decisions we made. She was able to advise us on the event timeline, toast procedure, etc. in the months leading up to the big day, which was incredibly helpful since we'd never done this before. She also attended our rehearsal and helped make sure everything ran smoothly and everyone knew the plan. She was great at collaborating with our officiant during this process as well. But it was the day of the event when she really shined. As the bride, I didn't want to have to think about any logistics at the venue while I was getting ready and with Kaila, I didn't have to! She sent me one quick question via text that morning that I was glad to weigh in and otherwise, she totally took care of the rest. The venue looked amazing, everything ran like clockwork, and she made sure to keep us in the loop when (and only when) it was necessary. She even brought us some appetizers to snack on while we were waiting on a vendor to arrive to bustle my dress so that we didn't miss out on our own food! If you're looking for a great partner to provide just that little extra coordination the day of your event, I highly recommend Kaila!”

“1000/10!! Evelyn is nothing less than a wedding rock star! We hired Evelyn for partial planning, design services and day-of coordination for our wedding that was (literally) across the country. She helped as find and book a majority of our vendors, all of which deserve their own 5-star reviews. She was extremely responsive and organized throughout the entire process. She did multiple site visits to ensure that our design could be accomplished. We had issues with a venue coordinator making promises that could not be kept that resulted in design changes, not once, but FOUR times, even as close to the date as 2 weeks and despite those set backs Evelyn handled it with the utmost professionalism and was still able to deliver on our (less than traditional) vision! We've had multiple guests say it was the best wedding they have ever attended and we couldn't agree more! If there were fires that needed put out, we (the bride and groom) never heard about them. The day was scheduled down to the minute and there was flawless execution across the board. It was truly the best day of our lives and we were able to enjoy every moment of it knowing full well everything was handled that needed handling. OH and did I mention that by the time we hired Evelyn, we had less than 6 months to accomplish EVERYTHING?! Yup - she's THAT good. If you need a wedding planner, look no further. “My husband and I had the tremendous good fortune to have Ashley as our coordinator and florist for our wedding this May. What Ashley does goes so far beyond the scope of a typical day or month-of coordinator. We met with Ashley monthly for an entire year leading up to the wedding. She had so many smart ideas and insights throughout the process, kept us on track, and even drove an hour plus away to do a site tour with us. I am a little socially anxious and could imagine feeling awkward day-of around a coordinator I had only talked to a couple times. Instead, Ashley felt like a good friend who we knew we could trust completely. If you are a couple on a budget like we were, know that Ashley’s services are an incredible value for your money (raise your prices girl). After working with her for a few months, we decided to also hire her to do our florals. Having one fewer vendor to wrangle and having our florist present for the whole event was amazing. I initially worried that because she does both coordination and florals that she might not have the expertise of someone who is solely a florist. Not the case at all! Ashley is wildly talented with flowers. I had a very specific vision, and she blew me away. I made her a vision board and she executed it flawlessly. Ashley went above and beyond in all areas and was really there for us throughout an emotional and stressful process. “Zoe put in so much hard work leading up to the wedding and especially on the day of. She pulled off a huge afternoon tea wedding with grace, good cheer, and patience. Everything was just so beautiful, I didn’t want it to end! Every time I talk to my mama about what an incredible job she did she says Zoe never stopped working so quickly and efficiently the whole day!! From the moment I spoke with Zoe, I knew I wanted her to be the one to make my afternoon tea wedding reception come true! She is so kind and organized and quick to respond to questions. She made a timeline for the wedding and added teacups, teapots, and a cute cart to the timeline so it wasn't just text on white paper. She really is more of a months-before-coordinator instead of a day-of-coordinator. She responded to texts and emails quickly and helped me stay calm leading up to the wedding day. Zoe met me, my then future husband, my mama and dad, and our caterer at the bridge club about two weeks before the big day. She helped figure out where everything was going to go and had a contingency plan in case it rained (which it did) She timed out how long it would take for my parents to walk me down the aisle so we knew how long we could let the processional song play. On the big day, it was raining but that didn't spoil Zoe's mood or ability to put everything together in a timely manner. She worked alongside our tea service person to set 14 tables with different color tablecloths, mismatched teacups, saucers, bread plates, luncheon plates, 3-tiered stands, water glasses, coupe glasses, napkins, decorative books, table numbers, bud vases, and wedding favors for 52 people. She also set-up our welcome table with bread and butter, water dispensers, guest book, and library card catalog for the seating chart. In addition to all this, she made sure I had my bouquet and was ready to walk down the aisle on-time, played the 3 different songs we had for the ceremony, and wrangled the guests to be seated and placed our floral arrangements on either side of the alter. During the afternoon tea she poured water, Prosecco, and sparkling apple cider for everyone. She played our Spotify playlist from her phone and brought out the wedding cake for us to cut. Once the reception was over, she and our tea server packed up all of the items so our Taskrabbit person could take everything back to our condo. She did this so quickly and efficiently and told me and my husband we didn't need to help. I really don't think we could have pulled off such a huge event without her!! Oh! and she was so sweet during the getting ready portion of the day, she gave me a glass teapot ornament as a wedding day gift (((*warm fuzzies*)))”

“Rattan Events made our special day absolutely perfect. From the beginning, Miranda’s communication was consistently encouraging and honest, putting us at ease throughout the entire planning process. Her dedication and professionalism were evident in every aspect of her work - she truly was our rock and a miracle worker. When a calamity broke out in the kitchen, she and her assistant made sure it didn't ruin our enjoyment of the reception. Throughout the day, they were able to make smaller decisions for us while we enjoyed getting ready with our loved ones. Their prep work communicating with us allowed them to make choices that aligned perfectly with what was important to us. Miranda and Tyler completely transformed our wedding day from a that could have been a terrible stressful affair to the most delightful, perfect, joyful celebration we could have imagined. “We met Kacie from Golden Day over a year before our wedding date and booked her after our very first meeting. Choosing a day-of coordinator really comes down to personal preference. We met with some coordinators who were pretty aggressive, and came off as overbearing. That’s not Kacie. Kacie acts as a calm, stress-neutralizing sounding board for your ideas. Anything you share with her is met with, “Yes, that’s a great idea, let’s make it happen.” She doesn’t try to steer your vision; instead, she supports your creativity and helps keep it on track as your ideas evolve. She shows up when you need her and is always willing to take a phone call without hesitation or making you feel like you're on the clock. With Kacie, there were no stupid questions, we could ask her anything, even twice, and we were met with her optimistic attitude and supportive responses. On our wedding day, Kacie maintained her positive, poised demeanor as she set up the entire ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception space with very little help. There were some issues at the start of the ceremony, but Kacie never seemed phased. Not once did she let stress show or allow it to leak into our headspace leading up to, or during the big day. Kacie was also incredible about making sure we actually ate on our wedding day. So many friends told us, “You’ll never eat at your own wedding.” Well, they clearly didn’t hire Kacie. After the ceremony, cocktail-hour appetizers magically appeared while we waited for our grand entrance. As soon as we sat down, she had plates of dinner ready for us. At the end of the night, my wife and I were actually able to head to the after-party with our friends, and that was because of Kacie. She stayed behind and left the venue spotless so we wouldn’t incur any additional charges. In fact, she wrapped everything up so efficiently that our catering team was able to leave early, and we were credited back an hour of service. Our day truly was golden, if we could choose one word to describe it, as corny as that sounds. And it wouldn’t have happened without Kacie.”
