She stayed within it throughout the entire planning process, and whenever we had concerns about cost, she found alternatives that were just as wonderful, if not better. She kept us informed about every detail, what needed to be purchased, and when it needed to be done. She even allowed us to have items delivered to her home so that she could bring them to the venue herself. On our wedding day, Mary was there to decorate, welcome guests as they arrived, coordinate everything behind the scenes, and make sure every single detail was exactly as it should be. Because of her, we were able to simply be present and enjoy our wedding. We truly could not have asked for anyone better. In all honesty, saying goodbye to Mary after the wedding was much harder than I expected. I realized that this person who had been such a kind, steady, and supportive presence during such an important and emotional time in our lives was someone I probably would not get to see regularly anymore. “From the moment my now husband and I met Meghan we knew we wanted her to be our wedding coordinator. Meghan gave us a tour of the venue we ended up choosing and her enthusiasm, authenticity, and confidence not only sold us on the gorgeous venue but on her as well. I cannot express enough how personable, funny, and kind Meghan is which makes trusting her with your special day an easy task. Leading up to the wedding Meghan was so gracious answering all of my many questions and being supportive in any way she could. All the paperwork she sends gave me amazing guidelines on everything from choosing vendors to tipping. I can genuinely say I would not have had as much fun at my wedding as I did without her. In the weeks/days leading up to the wedding Meghan organized ALL my vendors flawlessly to ensure they were on the same page and knew their roles for the day of. The day of execution of all vendors setting up went flawlessly and Meghan setup all my decor and centerpieces beautifully. It is truly a talent to bring someone else’s vision to life and that is exactly what she did. Not to mention she was checking in on me and my husband throughout to make sure we had eaten, had drinks, and that we were doing okay! She also helped me with changing out of my dress later in the night! I can honestly say Meghan was the BEST decision I ever made. She really is just an awesome person and excels at her job because she truly wants to make your wedding special. So many of my guests came up to me to express how impressed they were with Meghan and that they wish they had someone like her at their wedding. I’m telling you right now, HIRE HER if you want to experience an epic wedding day.”

“I have now worked with Jessica both as a vendor for her wedding clients, and as a client of hers for my wife and I’s wedding. From start to finish Jessica does a phenomenal job of managing challenges, staying ahead of potential issues, proactively communicating, and taking great notes on check-in calls. Many times during our wedding planning process Jessica asked us about things we needed to start thinking about well in advance of when decision time was critical. This allowed us not to stress to much about decision making until the right times, but still consider things in advance so we weren’t blindsided by anything or forced to make any last-minute decisions. Jessica has a great network of vendors she has worked with but also does a great job integrating vendors she hasn’t worked with before. We had a mix of vendors she was and wasn’t familiar with for our wedding but everything ran smoothly on our wedding day, Jessica handled all the logistics so we could really enjoy our day! From the vendor perspective, I’ve worked with Jessica on several events and I can tell you as a videographer she makes planning extremely easy for the vendors participating in said event. She makes an incredible wedding website for each event that makes sure all the vendors have consistent information and up-to-date information. She also makes it easy for vendors to connect where it’s necessary to collaborate like the DJ and videographer or the caterer and the rentals team. Every wedding I have worked with Jessica on, including my own, has been a great success in large part due to her fantastic leadership, planning, and problem solving skill set!”

“Diane was easily the best decision I made for my wedding. From the very beginning she had lots of helpful planning documents, answered every question I had, gave us ideas when we couldn't figure out how or when we wanted something to happen for our special day, stayed over time on our planning / check in calls to make sure we felt that we covered everything, and did all of this with a smile and supportive, kind attitude. You're going to spend a lot of time with your wedding planner / coordinator, so it's important that they're a good person and you like them! Well Diane is a gem of a human being, and I really do feel like I made a forever friend in her. Throughout the planning process and on the day, there were times when I just needed emotional support, and she was there for me. Her communication is prompt, consistent, and thorough. She got back to me on every email in a timely manner with all the answers I needed. I didn't realize at the time but strong communication was probably the MOST important aspect that made working with vendors 1000x better, and Diane excelled at it. Additionally, in the lead up to my wedding day and on the day itself, Diane was on top of EVERY detail. She went above and beyond to make sure that everything was PERFECT - just as I always dreamed it would be. From helping me iron my wedding dress while my bridesmaids and I were getting our makeup done to overseeing every vendor arrival and setup to making sure transitions from each part of the day were smooth - she did it all. No detail was too small for her, and because she's a total professional, she thought of everything! “Michelle was fantastic from the very first introductory call. We clicked right away and I knew she was exactly the person I needed to help manage our wedding day. She's direct, but always polite, incredibly responsive, and constantly thinking about what's ahead, including contingencies, reminders, and all the little details that could fall through the cracks. As an experienced project manager, I can confirm Michelle's got your back. Our wedding day had a chance of rain and the possibility of switching to the rain plan, but Michelle handled the intermittent sprinkles very well, improvising in real time to keep most of our planned event activities outdoors as much as possible while making sure everyone remained comfortable, as well as a backup plan for our live harpist. Trust her to do the job well and she'll make you feel prepared and supported :)”
