“Words do not begin to describe how incredible working with Brooke has been. We were originally having our wedding in St. Pete before finding out that our venue had cancelled less than 90 days before our date due to damages from the Hurricane. Brooke overextended herself and found multiple venues that were available for the same date knowing that was important to us. By the end of the week, she had set up multiple interviews which she attended and helped us secure our new venue at the Tampa EDITION which we ended up loving more than our original venue. Brooke was dependable and available whenever we had a question and kept open lines of communication. She is innovative and her organizational skills/attention to detail goes unmatched. She originally helped us plan a fun beach wedding and in less than three months pivoted to help us plan a formal affair. On our wedding day, Brooke and Ada did an amazing job with setting up the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception spaces; we were in shock by how perfectly they enacted the vision we had in our heads for our wedding. During the wedding, they kept the timeline of events going and kept the vibes high while we were busying having an absolute blast with our friends and family. The audio guest book supplied by Brooke is an absolute must. Listening to everyone's messages a week after the wedding brought us so much joy and laughter; just imagine more chaotic messages as the drinks flow and the night progresses. We decided to include the photo booth last minute and am so happy we did as it was a complete hit with all of our guests throughout the entire night. “Bellazevents LLC and the owner Veneisha, was an outstanding decorator, florist, day of Cordinator, and caterer that went above and beyond to make our special day perfect. From the very beginning, her communication was proactive, responsive, persistent, and thorough. Our day-of coordinator, Veneisha, created a detailed timeline over a month in advance and seamlessly coordinated with all of our vendors to ensure everything ran smoothly. On the day of, Veneisha put out our dance floor props, cut our extra wedding cake, brought in our late night food and cleaned up the venue to make sure we weren't charged any extra fees. She even packed away all of our supplies for easy pick up following the wedding night. Veneisha and the entire Bellazevents team were truly the best part of our wedding planning experience. “We cannot say enough wonderful things about Emylie, our wedding coordinator through Venue 1902's partnership with Just Marry!. From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, helpful, and truly on top of everything. During our phone calls leading up to the wedding, she patiently clarified details, answered all of our questions, and adjusted our timeline as needed to make sure everything felt right. At the rehearsal, Emylie offered helpful tips. On the wedding day itself, she somehow managed to anticipate our needs before we even realized them—placing my veil perfectly, making sure we (couple) always had a drink in hand, and being calm, present, and ready for anything. At one point, a bridesmaid casually mentioned she had forgotten deodorant, and Emylie immediately had a deodorant spray on hand. Later in the night when I cut my finger, she had bandages ready. My matron of honor also noted that she was very helpful during the decor setup. Emylie was also incredibly flexible and open to last-minute requests, whether it was passing along announcement requests to the DJ or discreetly handling behind-the-scenes situations, like ensuring the bridal suite stayed reserved for the bridal party. She handled everything seamlessly and respectfully. Those little moments made such a big difference and allowed us to fully relax and be fully present. “I don’t even know where to start! We booked Leticia about a month out from our wedding as a day of coordinator. She was easy to communicate with and helped me figure out all the little things that needed to be sorted out before the wedding day, and she also ran the rehearsal the night before the wedding. She has a great arsenal of extras in case you’re missing something day-of like a card box, picture frames, fans for the heat as we got married on the beach, etc. Her assistant ended up in the hospital the day before, but Leticia reassured us that she would be more than fine managing the wedding, especially with our guest count (39 total). And she was right!! She did a great job making sure all the vendors were on track and set up all the little details we had including place cards, card box, decor, etc. Everything was exactly how we had pictured it! She has such great expertise on events and weddings and was able to help make executive decisions about things I never would’ve thought of. She handled everything like a total pro, that I didn’t have to pay attention to anything except enjoying myself (and I’m SUPER type A!). She even got some super cute behind-the-scenes photos and videos during the day. Also, post-wedding I was even hearing from all my friends and family that they loved her. She helped a friend pin the top of their dress after it kept gaping since she had an emergency kit strapped to her at all times, and SO much more! Leticia was such a fun, calming presence and I couldn’t recommend her more!!!!”

With such a short engagement, I was overwhelmed and just wanted everything to go perfectly. From the minute that Claire called me for the first time, I knew she was exactly what I needed. I told her my vision, and without any questions asked - she was on board. She helped plan my wedding for six months. It was so easy to talk to her, because she genuinely cared and wanted to make my vision a reality - even when it might have sounded a little crazy. I told her that I wanted silly wedding Yard Geese there as decor - she supported that whole heartedly. I also shared I wanted to have a super extra moment during the reception of me and all my besties just belting “Defying Gravity.” She ensured to write that into the timeline, and other than marrying my Husband, it was my absolute favorite part of the day! There genuinely was no ask too big for her, we met multiple times to plan and she was right by my side for everything. “Sam was everything we could've asked for and way way wayyy more in a wedding planner. Her communication was open every step of the way, and it felt so comfortable working everything out. It's really amazing how much experience she brings to the table, while also incorporating a fresh energy and outlook on weddings. Another huge point to note is how flexible she is. We had a very DIY wedding and she understood our vision perfectly after just our first meeting. From there, she helped us come up with new ideas and make them a reality for the actual event. On the wedding day, it even spontaneously rained during our ceremony time. It genuinely blew us away how quickly she was able to adapt to the situation and make everything into a positive for us and all of our guests. Not only did we not hear a single negative comment from our guests about the rain, but we got tons of positive feedback on Sam specifically and how it was one of the most fun weddings they've ever been to.
