“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Christina Vargas and the incredible role she played in making my surprise 40th birthday celebration such a memorable event. While my husband was busy coordinating family and friends who traveled from near and far to celebrate with us, Christina stepped in and handled all of the final details, immediately putting his mind at ease and allowing him to actually enjoy the occasion. From coordinating the pickup of the catered food to setting up and breaking down the entire event space, Christina ensured everything ran seamlessly. Throughout the evening, she continuously checked on the room, tidied up, and kept everything organized so guests could focus on enjoying themselves rather than worrying about logistics. She also took charge of all the decorations and created a beautiful balloon and signage backdrop that became the perfect place for photos with family and friends. It was such a thoughtful touch and gave us a special space to capture memories from an unforgettable milestone birthday. “THANK YOU DANIELLE! We could not have pulled off the most perfect day without her. I have been recommending her to all of my friends in the wedding planning stage because she so beyond worth it. Me and my husband think so highly of Danielle because she made planning easy, relaxing, and fun, which is not the experience many of my friends have had. Most importantly, she made sure the wedding ran so smoothly that my husband and I could be fully in the moment and enjoy every second of our wedding. We did not have to lift a finger! For the type A people debating if they could relinquish planning to someone else...let this be your sign that you can and should! I typically plan everything (trips into PowerPoints with rain plans, alternate forms of transportation, etc) so I was worried having a planner would be hard for me. I could not have been more wrong. Danielle does so much work behind the scenes and is so proactive that I knew I could fully relax. I am so grateful we hired her. I had complete confidence she had every detail and its plan b planned. She is a great communicator and you can tell she loves what she does. All the vendors at my wedding (photographer, makeup artists, venue coordinator, etc) had commented about how Danielle was so on top of everything, communicated well & early, went above and beyond compared to any other planner they had ever worked with. So this review is both from very happy customers and very happy wedding vendors. Danielle was very easy to connect with and kept it real. If she thought something wasn’t a good idea, not worth it, etc she would tell you and that’s how she quickly built trust and made sure we stayed within budget. On the day of the wedding we had two big issues come up (not her fault) and I did not even bat an eye because I knew Danielle was on it. First issue was the hotel had given one of our suites up for getting ready in. In less than an hour, we had keys to both of the suites we had booked. Our shuttle for the wedding also did not show up. Luckily, guests were able to get to the venue. In the background, Danielle was finding alternative options for transportation. At the end of the night the shuttle showed up and she ensured they not only brought people back to the hotel and after party, but also back from the after party when the bar closed. After the wedding, we was able to get us a refund after HOURS of calling the shuttle company. Danielle is someone who will go to bat for you, has years of experience, and is so good she even had a Type A bride feel totally relaxed on the wedding day. Thank you for everything!”

“When we started wedding planning, the only thing I knew for sure was that I wanted day-of coordination support. After we toured Olio and met Sarah, booking with her team at Without A Hitch was a no brainer and truly worth every penny. Our coordinator, Allison, supported us all along the way; no question was too big or too small. Her responses were timely, infinitely useful, and a massive weight off of our shoulders throughout the entire process. We leaned on many of her recommendations for vendors, including some of our very favorite wedding components like the arcade games we set up for guests and our awesome DJ. As we got closer to the event, it became clear just how great our choice was to work with Allison and Without a Hitch, they kept us (and our many, many vendors!) organized and I felt confident our day would go to plan. Allison was encouraging, kind, and even helped up coordinate an epic visit from Santa Claus to surprise our guests on the dance floor. “Victoria was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the moment we started working with her, my husband and I felt like we were in incredibly capable hands. She took a huge weight off our shoulders by helping us think through, organize, and refine all of the small details that can easily get overlooked during wedding planning. One of the most helpful parts of the process was the detailed Google Sheet she provided. It guided us through important decisions and logistics we hadn't even considered yet, and looking back, we're so grateful those details were addressed ahead of time. By the wedding weekend, we had a clear understanding of what to expect and exactly what we could rely on Victoria to handle. She also proactively coordinated with our venue manager to clarify responsibilities and ensure everything ran smoothly behind the scenes. That level of organization and communication gave us so much confidence going into the day. One thing that especially impressed us was her eye for design and attention to detail. We weren't able to provide detailed instructions for exactly how we wanted every décor item arranged, but Victoria took what we had envisioned and executed it beautifully. “At first, I was skeptical of hiring a day of coordinator as I am very organized and was pretty comfortable planning our day on my own. My main reason for hiring a day of coordinator was to not have to worry, to have someone who will help set-up things the way I would, and someone who I can count on to have all the answers for everyone else. Ayden went above and beyond. She is so calm and put together, she helped me more than I can put into words! We had a large wedding of 160 people with a good amount of intricate details. We also had rain that caused our entire ceremony to be switched a few hours before the start time. Ayden handled everything seamlessly. I seriously could not recommend her enough. She made sure my husband and I got wedding cake and extra dessert brought to our room with water for us at the end of the night. She is extremely kind and knowledgeable but encourages you to give your opinions and speak up. I also appreciated that Ayden had to make some executive decisions on her own like moving our LED sign where there wasn't a plug how I originally wanted it, she didn't stress me out with this question, she just handled it and made everything look amazing. I could not recommend her enough, we were so lucky to work with Ayden. I wish we could relive our wedding all over again with Ayden's help!”

“My husband and I hired Madison as our day of coordinator. We did not hire a florist and ended up doing a lot of DIY projects for our wedding decor. We really wanted a professional to help us with setup and take-down of decor on the wedding day, so as not to burden our family/friends and take them away from the event to help. Madison was so friendly in the months leading up to the wedding and offered us lots of helpful advice on things we didn't even think to prepare for, like arranging seating charts and timing of processional songs. Our original venue coordinator ended up having to move away just a couple weeks before our wedding day, and Madison took the lead in syncing with the new venue coordinator on all the things we'd talked about. This really helped us out and took a load off our plate in those last few weeks before the wedding! The day of, she came early to the venue and, like a fairy godmother, had incorporated all of our decorations beautifully before we even arrived, so we were able to take lots of photos beforehand! Throughout the event, she cleverly found ways to repurpose some of our decor items to give them a second life, like setting reception flower arrangements along the room's bookshelves to dress them up for the ceremony, making a beautiful display with our ceremony roses and boutonnieres on our memory table, and using me and my bridesmaids' bouquets to create a beautiful sweetheart table arrangement! We were so incredibly thrilled with how well Madison and her team were able to follow our vision and exceed our expectations. A final sweet memory I have from near the end of the night - my hair was getting very tangled with my dress buttons on my back from dancing, and I was overheating and sweaty. Madison and her team arranged my hair into a beautiful low bun style so I could go back and have fun dancing again without worrying about it tangling further or looking bad. :) I'm so thankful we hired Madison as our day of coordinator, and we can't recommend her enough!!”
