Founded in 1814, The West Boylston Company was a large textile manufacturer in West Boylston, MA. At the turn of the century the company faced a crisis: the site of their mill would be flooded to form the Wachusett Reservoir. Instead of abandoning the mill, the company dismantled it brick by brick and shipped it to its new home in Easthampton, where it was rebuilt on the banks of the Lower Mill Pond. They knew exactly what the area was missing and wanted to create a fun space with quality food, ice cream and a renovated greenhouse to hold private events and weddings to compliment their full service restaurant next door. Featuring several of their fan favorite items from next door, quality Italian Deli Sandwiches and Gifford’s Premium Ice Cream.
