“Hali and Leila made our wedding day run so seamlessly at a non-traditional venue. Hali was fantastic to work with prior to the wedding and listened to and executed exactly what we envisioned. We were truly able to step away from the operations and be fully present with each other, our families, and friends. Everything was set up beautifully and tended throughout the evening, and I had no idea when vendors arrived, setup, and left. I even learned after the fact that they ingeniously fixed the ceremony decor that kept falling over in the wind. They also managed to run a magic dessert table that was constantly full despite so many people taking cupcakes. I'm confident there are multiple other events that happened without my knowledge that made the day happen as it did. Hali and Leila were amazing to work with and if you are considering booking them for your wedding, do it!!”

“We first met Island Creek Events at a bridal expo in Queenstown, and from that moment, we knew we were in good hands. After an initial Zoom call where they explained everything they offer, how the process would work with a day-of coordinator, and broke down all the pricing, we felt confident moving forward—and we’re so glad we did. We had Naomi as our day-of planner, and she was absolutely amazing. We truly could not have asked for a better person to help guide us through the final stretch leading up to our wedding on August 2nd. From the start, she made everything feel manageable. We Zoomed once a week to stay on track, and she walked us through what needed to be done on our end vs. what she would handle. She answered every question (big or small) and was always willing to schedule extra meetings if we needed them. Naomi was there for our dress rehearsal the night before and stayed with us all day on the wedding day. She took care of setup, made sure every guest got the right meal, and kept everything running smoothly—so much so that if any issues came up, we never even knew. She handled everything with such grace and calm, and because of her, we were able to truly enjoy our day without stress. “I got married on 05/23/25 and hiring Brittney as our wedding planner was hands down THE BEST DECISION we made during the entire wedding planning process. She also has her own inventory that you can rent items from which are A LOT cheaper than buying them. Depending on your package, you can use some items for free. OH and did I mention that her prices are EXTREMELY REASONABLE for the value and service that you will receive. It all started close to two years ago when my daughter Madison called me to tell me she had just gotten engaged. This wedding was going to be a very organic yet elegant vegan wedding. My daughter had given me her vision and it was up to me to bring it to life. After many over-the-phone interviews, the vendors we chose were the perfect fit, the perfect DREAM TEAM! They all knew I lived in Miami and my daughter's wedding was in Virginia, so this would be a little more challenging for all of us. “Where to begin? Ok Amy and her exceptional team were the BEST DECISION my now husband and I made! Our journey began meeting Amy at an LGBT Wedding Expo because neither one of us have been to a gay wedding or knew anything about weddings, especially non-traditional weddings. Amy was so sweet, kind, and professional and reassuring with all of my questions. I interviewed 5 different wedding planners and chose Amy when I noticed the price was right and she offered so much help and assistance with everything a newlywed would need help with. Let me tell you, she lied about nothing to this date! Leading up to the wedding, 7 months until the big day, our all-inclusive venue went out of business abruptly! We had to start from the BEGINNING! I’ll never forget calling Amy panicking and feeling lost, angry, sad, mad, confused, defeated, etc. She immediately reassured me that everything would work out and she’d help us with everything. We had only a partial package with her and we were asking for services from a full package, and she reminded me that this was an emergency that we did not ask for. Amy and Abby sent over recommendations for venues, caterers, DJ’s, Cake, Photographers, Videographers, etc. and March 2026 I was one busy guy but I ran contracts through Amy and her team and they reviewed each one and gave the best advice possible without saying “You need to go with them” or just giving one option. Overall, almost everyone we went with was an option from Amy and her team based off what we wanted. Wedding Day! The fun part, our wedding was PERFECT! When I say we were not allowed to be on our phones and not a single worry in the world occurred, nothing bad was allowed to reach us at all. We had a point of contact (someone from our wedding party) to answer all questions and check on us at the hotel during hair and make-up. Amy and her team (Mandy and Emma) made the flow of our wedding work perfectly! Our officiant missed our vows section and Amy strategically was able to help fit our vows into the reception which seemed to have worked even better. Amy and her team truly were there for us every second of the wedding and most importantly gave us a second to breathe after the ceremony. Long story short, EVERYONE should have a wedding planner, but not just a wedding planner, Amy Frances wedding planning! Our day could not have been as perfect as it was without her. She has become our friend at this point. She is organized, she is a problem solver, she is understanding, she is everything when it comes to celebrating love! Besides my husband and I finding each other, we are so thankful we found Amy for our wedding!”
