“From the very beginning of the planning process, Rhiannon at Heartbeat Events was incredible to work with. She’s thorough, organized, and communicates clearly, which made every step leading up to the wedding feel dialed‑in instead of stressful. As a DJ myself, I really appreciated that she’s also a DJ and built a timeline that was genuinely DJ‑friendly – easy to read, easy to follow, and clearly structured around what the music and audio would need to do throughout the day. She understood the flow of the event from a DJ’s perspective, so when the wedding day came, I always knew what was happening next and what she needed from me. The weather did not cooperate and the wedding was heavily rained out, but Rhiannon took special care to keep everything moving and to protect the couple’s vision. When we ran into a challenge with the microphones, she immediately brought in help from her friend Craig. Together they helped troubleshoot the situation and shared suggestions that have genuinely made my future weddings better because of the live‑sound knowledge they brought to the table. If you’re a wedding DJ, you could never want to work with anyone more than Rhiannon of Heartbeat Events. “I couldn't recommend SGS Events and Sarah more highly. I reached out to her without a lot of lead time needing some flowers for my wedding, but I had no specific vision of what I wanted - I just knew I needed something. Sarah was willing to work with me to figure out what I wanted and then delivered better than I could have imagined! She came up with the idea to do small bud vases on each of the tables to then have guests take home at the end of the night. The guests were delighted and it was a huge hit! “Delaney and her assistant Keziah went above and beyond to make sure our day was nothing short of magical! They made sure we ran on time (easier said then done with a bride who is late for everything), made sure we looked perfect for every photo, and most importantly made sure we had fun all night! “I hired Zoe for day of coordination but she was instrumental to an amazing wedding day. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, I would highly recommend!! On a day when you give your vendors complete trust, she made me feel super assured that everything would go smoothly and she would create a beautiful setting. “Aisle Daisy is the perfect hire for your wedding planning/floral needs! From the very beginning, Kayla's communication style was super communicative, professional, responsive, and she was super easy to get along with. “Jodie is the best!! My wedding was in June of 2021 and I still look back on how awesome Jodie was for our wedding planning needs! She is super knowledgeable about EVERYTHING. She helps you think of the tiniest details that are easy to forget. She was there for all of our vendor calls and always had everything well planned out! She created a month by month itinerary which helped us stay on track. Anytime we had to pick our next vendor for something she would have a call with us to understand what our needs were for that specific vendor and then go back and do research to compile a list of top 3-5 vendors that match our needs and gives pros/cons for each one. She makes sure they’re all in our budget but doesn’t show us the prices upfront so we don’t automatically pick the cheapest or most expensive and actually pick with our hearts. Once we’ve narrowed down to 2-3 vendors then we see prices and helps us pick! This made sure we had the day we truly wanted. Not only was she great leading up but she was amazing day of! There were a couple of hiccups on our venue’s end but Jodie made sure everything was taken care of so that we weren’t stressed. She is truly the best!!!! Would for sure recommend to everyone!!”

“We LOVED working with Brittany. We had monthly meetings with her for over a year, from the venue search phase to the handoff to our month-of coordinator, and she was so helpful. She helped us with the searches for everything—venue, DJ, photography, day-of coordination, flowers, catering—and provided us timelines and organization tools that were genuinely invaluable. We had very little idea going in exactly what was needed to plan a wedding, but Brittany’s collaboration made us feel very on top of things. She also worked with us to troubleshoot things when issues arose (like our flower provider not following some of our communication requests). And an added bonus is that she’s fun to hang out with lol—we really enjoyed our monthly meetings!! Would absolutely recommend the Venlist (and Brittany specifically)!”

“We absolutely loved having Kacie as our wedding coordinator and cannot recommend her enough! She was incredibly professional, organized, and on top of every detail throughout our entire wedding day. Everything stayed on schedule and everything went exactly as planned. Kacie worked incredibly hard and made our lives so much easier. We were pretty "low-maintenance" and were happy to delegate things to her, and she took care of everything, even little details like how we wanted the napkins folded. She took our decor from us in advance so we didn't have to worry about it on the day. Another small thing we appreciated was that she immediately brought plates of food from the buffet to the bride and groom so we could actually eat without having to think about it. At the end of the night, she carefully boxed up and labeled everything for us, did a full sweep of the venue, and even found items we had accidentally left behind. We had a Jewish wedding, and she draped the huppah fabric so it looked gorgeous and made sure the glass was in place and ready for us to break during the ceremony. Having a coordinator made a huge difference in our wedding experience. We didn't have one for our welcome party, and we regretted it. Kacie is a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend hiring her! (We don't have professional photos back yet, but wanted to share these!)”
