Brooke navigated all the fine details, helped flawlessly coordinate the best vendors, and made an amazing day absolutely magical. She helped move things along in the planning process when things got stressful and was even able to manage my mother who had differing design opinions and direction to create something we were both happy with. She listened to everything we wanted, helped us stay in budget, and executed a detailed agenda with grace. Luxe is the real deal and the event ended up better than I could have dreamed of. “Hiring Sheeco, specifically Nicole, was the best decision we made when wedding planning! She was always professional, timely, organized, and respectful. But more than that, she helped ease all the stresses leading up to and happening on our wedding day with the most calming, grounding, big sister energy. It was exactly what we needed on so many occasions. Throughout our wedding, she made she we got to try our appetizers and dessert, had enough to eat/drink overall, offered to get us drinks while we were eating, brought us churros on the dance floor, and made our "reverse grand entrance"/receiving line vision come to life, even when our DJ and photographers didn't quite see the vision yet (it all worked out great in the end). It's the little things, too. On the first call about a month before our wedding, she told us to give her our burdens and she really meant it, nothing seemed too small to bring to her. She made us feel safe and welcome to ask her questions, even if we thought they might be silly. She helped us clear up confusing discrepancies with our caterer and rentals. She has a real skill for being direct in a very kind way, which is something I personally really appreciate. She is awesome!”

Although we hired Finn as a day-of coordinator, she provided so much more than day-of support. Throughout the planning process, she answered countless questions, communicated with vendors, created our timeline, reviewed the venue's plans to catch details and potential issues, offered thoughtful recommendations, and truly served as our advocate every step of the way. She also has a helpful collection of planning resources, vendor recommendations, officiant guidance, and rental items. She even offered to pick up our wedding cakes for us! Finn ran our rehearsal and wedding day seamlessly. “Victoria, Lacy and her team were professional, competent, and an absolute pleasure to work with. We hired Victoria as our day-of coordinator, and she really smoothed out any edges during our big day. During the lead up to the event, we had 3 or so meetings spaced out appropriately (a few months before, 60 days before, 2 weeks before), where we checked in on progress, and Victoria sprinkled great advice (e.g. we changed our after-party late-night snack idea to be hand-held, to keep people dancing). Victoria shared a very comprehensive joint to-do list, organized by how soon each item should be completed. This timeline helped as a roadmap, and made sure we didn’t overlook anything. Victoria was also responsive in emails, and effective at communicating with our vendors when needed. She ran out rehearsal with a calm and encouraging demeanor, that only made us more excited for the big day :) The day-of is really when Victoria and her team shine. First and foremost, Victoria’s presence was warm and calming, and I didn’t fully appreciate how important that would be until the event. Something unexpected always happens at weddings, and Victoria was “a rock” amid the whirlwind. For us, my partner and I both realized during our ceremony that one of our guests brought a surprise 1. Stressed, we mentioned it to Victoria, she calmly said “I’ll let my team know, we’ve got it covered” with a smile, and that was it: they fixed the issue and we didn’t have to worry about it any further. Victoria and her staff were super diligent and supportive with our DIY set-up and with helping delegate to staff, friends and vendors in such a kind and clear manner. Victoria also recommended the appropriate number of extra staff for our venue and event. Set-up and teardown went smoothly, and they made aesthetic on-the-fly decisions for us. Communication with Victoria during the event was also fun, and a welcome reprieve from interacting with family and guests at times. Victoria also had the foresight to check in about the Blue Angel jets which were scheduled to fly over our venue. She reached out to their manager and assured us about the timing and gave us sage advice on communicating with our guests. This detail is something we might have overlooked if it had not been for Victoria, we are so grateful. Overall, we were super happy with Victoria and her team, and her work really helped make our big day go better than we would have hoped for. Our families also had nothing but great things to say about her. If we got married again we would hire her in an instant!”

Despite only utilizing a small portion of the services he can provide, he was incredibly friendly, helpful, considerate and worked beautifully with our florist and day of event coordinator. He stayed for the entire Ceremony, even handed out small fans we had provided ( outdoor Summer ceremony ) as guests arrived. We did a Unity Knot Tying with two pieces of rope and he fashioned them into a heart shape on the ceremony table he had provided. Not only did he provide the Chuppah, but so much more and was just a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend him for all the services he can provide”

“Kiira is a super star! She has very calm energy, worked very hard the day of our wedding, and was a delight to work with. We hired her for our day of coordination and she gave us a great document set to help us with our planning. I appreciated the monthly calls with her the few months leading up to the wedding to make sure we were on track. She set up our reception just the way I envisioned and it let me relax with my mom and bridesmaids on our wedding day. “Eva was my planner for a my wedding on Vashon this summer. She knows everything about Vashon so I highly recommend her if that's where your wedding is! I appreciated her attention to detail, answering all my questions, and her communication with vendors. I was able to enjoy the process instead of being dragged down by all the things that needed to be done. We had monthly checkins so by the last month or two before the wedding there was very little to take care of. “I'm the father of a bride who had her wedding in August of this year. She had originally planned her wedding by herself. When her venue abruptly went out of business 6 months prior to her wedding date, her life was thrown into chaos. My wife and I had recently retired so we offered to hire her a wedding planner and it was the best decision we made. I quickly did some research to find the best wedding planners. I called venues and asked for their top three list, then read through lots of reviews. The same 5-6 names kept showing up so I called them all and quickly narrowed it down to 3. Erica was our top choice and we were so lucky that she was willing to go out of her way to work with my daughter on such short notice. She quickly jumped into action and called my daughter (who was understandably upset) and was so kind and supportive of her. She first helped her secure a great venue. Unfortunately the original date had to be changed and Erica worked with my daughter to rearrange vendors and reorganize what had to be done. Incidentally we had just attended two weddings prior to our daughters so we were able to watch their wedding planners in action. As the day of the wedding arrived, it was obvious that Erica was so much more polished, professional, and prepared than these other planners. When we arrived at the venue, it was clear that they were behind schedule. Erica immediately took charge and lit a fire under them so things got whipped into shape. But she did it in such a way that created calm out of chaos and didn't distract from the specialness of the day. Through out the rest of the day and evening, she was always there when you needed her and her attention to detail was amazing. The venue itself was multi level. She could have easily coasted after a while but I observed Erica moving decorations and flowers from the upper floors to the lower floors just to make them look more festive. When midnight hit and we went to clean up, Erica had already arranged the flowers, vases and decorations in boxes, so most of the hard work was already done. Erica is a consummate professional and a tireless worker. Even more importantly she is kind and supportive and really cares about making the day special. Thanks to her my daughter was able to have her dream wedding and we can't thank her enough!”
